Mushfile FAQ — All Your Questions, Answered

On mushfile, the settlement of bets on cancelled or incomplete matches depends on how much of the match was played and the official rules of the relevant international sports governing body.

• Match fully cancelled: If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets are declared "Void" and the full stake is returned to your account balance.
• Cricket — if the minimum number of overs has not been bowled: A T20 match requires a minimum of 5 overs and an ODI requires a minimum of 20 overs — otherwise the match is considered incomplete and all bets are voided.
• Football — if minimum time is not met: If play is abandoned before 70 minutes, bets are generally void. If 70 minutes or more have been played, the score at that point may be considered the final result.
• Multi-Bet (Accumulator): If one bet in a combo is voided, it is removed and the remaining selections stay active.

Settlement is usually completed within 24 hours of the official result being published by the relevant international sports body. If a refund is issued, it will appear in your transaction history labelled "Void" or "Refunded".

MFS deposits are typically credited to your balance within 2–10 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. mushfile does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees — however, your MFS provider or bank may apply their own charges. Withdrawals can only be made to the number used at registration or a verified account.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is not mandatory for small transactions on mushfile. However, completing KYC is highly recommended for daily withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 and for enhanced account security.

Required documents (any one of the following):

• National ID Card (NID) — clear photos of both front and back
• Passport — photo of the data page
• Driving License (both sides)

Step-by-step KYC verification process:

• Log in to your account and go to Profile → "Identity Verification" or "KYC Verification".
• Upload clear photos of the required documents (JPG/PNG, maximum 5MB).
• Take a selfie clearly showing the document alongside your face.
• Submit. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

Mushfile uses Decimal odds as the default format, which is the easiest to understand.

How decimal odds work:

Total Payout = Stake × Odds
Profit = (Stake × Odds) − Stake

• Example 1: ৳1,000 stake, odds 1.85 → total return ৳1,850, profit ৳850.
• Example 2: ৳500 stake, odds 3.20 → total return ৳1,600, profit ৳1,100.
• Odds of 2.00 means: 1:1 bet — your money doubles.
• Odds of 1.01 mean: Near-certain outcome — very low potential return.

When placing a bet on mushfile's betting slip, your estimated payout is calculated and displayed automatically — no manual math needed. You can also switch to fractional or American moneyline odds formats from the settings.

Mushfile is primarily designed in Bangla with Bangladesh users in mind. However, the interface is also available in English.

Steps to change language:

• Log in and click the profile icon in the top right corner.
• Select "Settings".
• Go to the "Language" option.
• Select "বাংলা" or "English" from the dropdown.
• Tap "Save" — the page will reload and display in the new language.

When logged out, a language selector button is available in the website footer — you can change the language without logging in. Switching languages updates game names and category labels, though some third-party live casino games will always remain in English.

On mushfile, you can update some profile details yourself, but changing your mobile number requires assistance from support.

What You Can Change Yourself:

• Title & display name — directly from your profile settings.
• Email address — changeable from Settings; a verification code will be sent to your current email.
• Password — from the "Security" section.
• Date of birth — can only be changed once, and only before KYC verification is completed.

To change your mobile number:

• Contact mushfile via live chat or email support@mushfile.best.
• Provide your old number, new number, and identity verification details.
• The support team will send an OTP to both numbers to complete the verification.
• The process is typically completed within 24 hours.

For security reasons, withdrawal access may be temporarily restricted for 48 hours after a mobile number change.

There are two ways to suspend or permanently close your mushfile account — doing it yourself or going through support.

Self-Managed Options (Cooling-Off or Self-Exclusion):

• Log in → Profile → go to the "Responsible Gaming" section.
• Choosing "Cooling-Off" lets you take a break of 24 hours to 30 days — during which login and betting will be suspended, though withdrawals will still be permitted.
• Selecting "Self-Exclusion" allows you to deactivate your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Once active, this cannot easily be reversed.

To permanently close your account through support:

• Email support@mushfile.best or submit a request via live chat.
• Before your account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance.
• Personal information is protected in accordance with data privacy laws.
